General Terms and Conditions for the Orders

All prices include the value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The cancellation of an order after the dispatch can not be accepted. Goods are not sold on a sale or redemption basis.

Delivery

It is our goal to ship goods within 48 hours from the date of the order (subject to payment). Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery dates can not be guaranteed because delays are due to circumstances beyond our control.

Any order re-dispatched due to rejection or undeliverable shipping will add the original freight charge to the due amount to cover our administrative costs and additional transportation costs. Neither Nail Harmony AUSTRIA - Krasi Mira Enterprise (the Company) nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for damages due to late delivery.

Claims

Claims arising from damage to goods in transit must be brought to the attention of Nail Harmony AUSTRIA in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Claims made outside this time limit will not be accepted.

Returns

In exceptional circumstances, we accept returns with a processing fee of 15%, but only if the following conditions are met:

A) When returning the goods, make sure that they are securely packaged. We can not accept the damaged goods in transit if the goods were badly packaged.

B) The item must be in a fully reusable condition and any kind of shrink film is still intact.

C) The order must be directed to the company within 7 days after receipt of the goods.

D) No returned goods will be accepted, unless a return authorization has been issued. The relevant reference number should be indicated in the accompanying documentation.

E) For your own protection, please provide proof of postage / acknowledgment from the freight carrier as the company does not take responsibility for lost packages.

F) Nail Harmony AUSTRIA - Krasi Mira Enterprise is not responsible for any port charges.

All pictures in Austria belong to the main owner who is Nail Harmony AUSTRIA - Krasi Mira Enterprise. We own the exclusive rights to visuals and reserve the right to refuse the use of our visuals at any time.

Retention of title

The ownership of the goods sold may not be passed on to the buyer until the buyer of the Сompany has paid the invoice for the goods in full. The Company is, however, entitled at any time to bring an action against the Buyer (or part of it unpaid) against the Buyer by the due date for the payment of the invoice. Until the property of the goods has passed on to the Buyer, the Company may withdraw the possession from the purchaser and resold such goods, and to this end the Buyer agrees that the company, its employees and vicarious agents can enter a country or Building on which the goods are located.

The above conditions are an integral part of any sale. Nail Harmony AUSTRIA - Krasi Mira Enterprise reserves the right to change this at any time without prior notice.
